For food, supplements, and cosmetics on Shopify
A complaint just landed. Which lot did they get?
Shopify knows the order. It does not know the lot. LotLog keeps the receiving book, assigns shipments first-expired-first-out, and tells you who to email before the recall window closes.

How it works
1
Receive the lot
Add each delivery by SKU: lot number, quantity, production date, and expiry. Or paste a receiving CSV.
2
Import the Shopify orders
Drop the standard orders export. LotLog assigns every line first-expired-first-out, and you can override a line when the warehouse did something else.
3
Answer the recall
Pick the lot. See the customers, download the CSV, and copy a notice in English or Spanish. Print the label sheet for what is still on the shelf.
Example result
Northwind Pantry received a supplier note on serum lot SRM-08. Two wholesale accounts had already been assigned units. Three units are still in the fridge, and they are already expired.

FAQ
Does this connect to Shopify?
No. In Shopify admin, export orders and import that CSV here. LotLog never signs into the store and never writes inventory back.
Where does the lot book live?
In this browser, in IndexedDB. Export a JSON backup when you want a copy. The email gate stores the address on this device, and on a small signup endpoint when that endpoint is available.
What does FEFO mean?
First expired, first out. The earliest expiry that was already received is assigned to the oldest order that still needs units. A line can split across two lots. If the shelf runs out, the line shows a shortfall instead of a guess.
What do I get before paying?
Three products, 100 orders, the expiry dashboard, and the on-screen recall list. Plus is $15 a month for unlimited products and orders, the recall CSV, the EN/ES notice, and label PDFs.
Will I be charged $15 today?
No. The upgrade button records an intent on this device and unlocks Plus here. Stripe Checkout is not connected in this build, so no card is charged.
Is this a public product?
Yes. LotLog is an early public beta from Tyrian Studio. Paid plans are not live yet, so nothing is charged.
